Jenny became a member of Blue Teapot Theatre Company in 2013, having graduated from the inaugural Blue Teapot Performing Arts School where she gained experience in street parades for Blue Teapot and Macnas, the Christmas Cabaret 2012, A Midsummer’s Night Dream Parade in Brigit’s Garden, and Bealtaine May Day 2013.


As well as performing, Jenny is an active participant in the Special Olympics, representing Connaught in the Ireland Games in 2014 winning a bronze medal in bowling. Jenny’s stage debut with Blue Teapot was in 2014 for the production of iD.


Jenny plays tom-boy Rita in the feature film of Sanctuary (2016/2017) and  Sylvia, a reluctant jogger in Waiting For Elvis at the Town Hall Theatre (2016).


In 2018, Jennifer played the role of Rose in Brian Friel’s masterpiece Dancing At Lughnasa at the Town Hall Theatre, Galway to much acclaim. It is considered that Jennifer may be the first actor with an intellectual disability to play this role in Ireland.
