Blue Teapot Theatre Company is a not for profit organisation, company limited by guarantee (471758) registered in Ireland with the Revenue Commissioners as a Charity CHY18643 and the Charity Regulator 20071912.

Blue Teapot is governed by a non-executive Board of Directors who offer their services on a voluntary basis and comprises of elected and co-opted Board Members.  The Board are responsible for governance exercised including approval of the Strategic Plan, reporting to Members at the Annual General Meeting, approval of annual budget and overall corporate governance.
