About Us

Governance

Legal compliance is achieved through the Companies Registration Office, Revenue Commissioners and The Charities Regulator. Blue Teapot has adopted the recommendations set out in The Charities Governance Code which was developed by the Charities Regulator.

Our governing documents – Constitution, Statement of Accounts and Annual Reports – can be found below↓

Accountability

We understand the need for transparency when it comes to our stakeholders and funders to reassure public confidence about the way in which their money is managed and where money will be spent.

Our Board ensures that Blue Teapot is properly managed and remains solvent.

Financial accounts are independently audited by MK Brazil, Waterford, filed with the Companies Registration Office and submitted to The Charities Regulator. We have internal audit functions and work closely with an independent Chartered Management Accountant.
